Spring 2009 - High Point of Tornado Season.
National Hurricane Preparedness Week

Jason Foster has been a storm chaser since 1997, when he initiated his first out of state expedition to follow severe weather in the Central Great Plains of the United States.  Since then, he has been out in the Great Plains many seasons capturing multiple Supercells, and Tornadoes.  He has also intercepted a number of hurricanes since 2003.

Weather Warrior Media was started in 2004 during the Hurricane season.  While intercepting hurricane Frances along the Florida east coast.  Fellow chaser Jim Edds made a comment about the group being real "Weather Warriors".  The term stuck and in that instant, Jason knew what name he had for himself and his company.

While Jason has had many great successes in the weather relm, including magazine and newspaper publishing, documentaries, stock video sales, and more, his most celebrated success has been the 2004 Hurricane Charley Documentary.  This DVD production won the "Audience Award for Best Documentary" at the Miami Independant Film Festival.   All this after a fantastic Intercept of four major hurricanes in 2004.

With many thanks to his friends and business partners the future for Jason and Weather Warrior Media look very bright.
